Soundproof doors for screening room
Alara-Lukagro has been commissioned by construction company Dijkman Carbaat Bouw BV to deliver 4 single-leaf soundproof doors for the screening room of NBC Universal Amsterdam.

NBC Universal Amsterdam is part of the worldwide NBC Universal. With various news and entertainment television channels and a leading production company, one of the world’s leading media and entertainment organizations.
The Alara-Lukagro soundproof doors are used in the screening room of the studio in Amsterdam. A screening room is a room where films are shown to a select group of people.
Soundproof doors
To meet the noise requirements, 2 AL-D / D54 doors with a Ra bios value of 42 dB were chosen. These doors are located between the lobby and the corridor and between the lobby and the projector room.
The passage from the hall directly to the corridor is equipped with an AL-D / D56 sound-insulating door with an Ra bios value of 46 dB. There is an AL-D / D52 door between the hall and the lobby, with an Ra bios value of 37 dB.
All doors are equipped with a door closer with sliding arm and a mechanical door lock.
