Acoustic enclosure for a test stand

Test stand

Alara-Lukagro designed, produced and installed an acoustic enclosure including doors, gas exhaust outlet and ventilation, for HAMOFA’s test stand.

The test stand is used to test engines of ca 400-800 hp. The engine room is separated from the control room by a soundproof wall. The wall is fitted with soundproof glass and an entry door.

Preservation treatment

The blasting work and preservation treatment was also performed by Alara-Lukagro. Two visible sides of the enclosure and the control room were powder-coated and the steel construction was blasted and given a wet paint coating in the same colour as the building’s steel construction.

The result

 Fully satisfied customer

Ad Verhoeven, director of HAMOFA, is extremely satisfied with the work performed.
