Regular Maintenance

Keeping your Alara-Lukagro door(s) in a good condition it will ensure it perform according to its intended design. It will also increase the lifespan and comfort of use.

For correct maintenance we would like to refer to our instructions below.

Basic inspection and maintenance of (egress)doors

Annually

• Cleaning of the door set with water and soft cloth
• Visual inspection of paint damage by mechanical damage (e.g. kicking, rubble) + any possible repairs;
• Inspection and greasing of the lock;
• Greasing any other moving parts.

Every 5 year

• Repaint / re-preservation of the coated doors;
• Inspection of sealant joints and door seals, when significant cracks or reduced flexibility are found, replacement is necessary.
