Technical room ventilation: Alara-Lukagro supplied a sound attenuated ventilation set for optimal ventilation and air supply, combined with a high soundproof level. This prevents any external noise nuisance.
Collaboration for technical room ventilation
The company Filter in Estonia supplies equipment for industrial installations, boilers, CHP installations and water treatment plants. The company became acquainted with Alara-Lukagro at a trade fair and visited our production facility as a result. They were very impressed with what they saw and subsequently ordered a ventilation set for a boiler room for a CHP project in Estonia.
The ventilation system
The CHP installation runs on a steam boiler and the installation’s heat power is 9.6 MW. Filter needed an inlet set that ensures the boiler room is cooled and the combustion process is supplied with air. Moreover the noise produced by the installation was not permitted to spread outside.
Alara-Lukagro was contracted by Filter and engineered and produced the sound attenuated ventilation set for the technical room as a complete product, including rain hoods, bird screen, heat exchanger, filter housing, absorption silencers, ventilators and hoisting lugs.
